Instructional Design involves preparing content and curriculum with particular attention to the target learner's psychology, culture and delivery mode in order to effectively deliver training. Important aspects of Instructional Design is the logical order or "build" of content presentation, the ability of presenters to effectively deliver the message in the content, and the ability of the design to capture and measure retention and comprehension among the student participants.
