Program Description:

The skills necessary to gain the commitment of team members are critical for team leaders today. Team leaders must be able to get buy-in from the team on the mission and objectives of the team, roles and responsibilities of each team member and how results will be measured and rewarded. Gaining Commitment is a hands-on workshop that:

  • Identifies the conditions that increase or decrease commitment
  • Provides proven tools to help leaders gain the necessary level of commitment of team members
  • Explore ways to maintain this commitment after you have received it
