Program
Description:
Every
team is made up of a variety of personalities,
strengths, and experiences. Although these differences
can help maximize creativity and better results,
it may be extremely difficult to manage successfully.
Optimizing Differences utilizes a variety
of assessments and tools that help explore the
strengths and weaknesses of these differences.
As a result of this workshop, managers and team
leaders will:
- Be
able to unleash the power of the diversity
of the team
- Help
team members value the differences of their
co-workers rather than dismiss or diminish
them
- Identify
an action plan to maximize the strengths of
the team and develop areas of weakness
