Program Description:

Holding the annual performance review discussion can be a stressful and challenging situation for both the manager and employee. If this meeting is not successful, employee motivation and performance can be affected for months, if not longer, after the meeting. Conducting Performance Reviews helps managers plan for and prepare to effectively conduct this important meeting. This program will help managers:

  • Properly collect and utilize performance data that supports the review
  • Establish a climate that encourages clear two-way communication between manager and employee
  • Summarize prior performance and plan for future development and objectives
